HR & Employment Specialist
We are looking for a HR & Employment Law Specialist to work alongside our Legal Advice Service team in either our Hull, Leeds or Glasgow office; providing our clients with support, guidance and education on all employment law and HR matters. You will give accurate, tailored advice on a wide range of often complex employment and HR issues over the telephone and via email, ideally, already having gained some experience in the promotion of digital tools or legal services.
This is a supportive role, assisting and ensuring the management of clients and working practices within the Legal Advice Service team are in accordance with rradar’s policies, procedures, systems, and scope of services. Providing an efficient and effective service to the full client base, whilst also identifying opportunities for further improvement.
Project Manager
We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Business Transformation Team and lead projects that make a real impact. This is your chance to drive transformation, deliver results, and shape the future of our organisation.
As Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our transformation journey. You will:
- Lead projects end-to-end: plan, design, execute, and monitor multiple initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders: confirm requirements, timelines, and budgets, ensuring expectations are clear.
- Build strong plans: create detailed project roadmaps and adapt them to evolving business needs.
- Empower your team: assign tasks based on strengths, motivate, and hold members accountable.

Business Process Analyst
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Process Analyst to join our Business Transformation Team in either our Hull, Leeds, Birmingham, or Glasgow office. You will lead the review of operational processes and drive improvements across rradar’s systems to maximise efficiency and revenue.
The successful candidate will bring expertise in analysing and shaping high‑performing software development solutions, acting as a crucial link between customer requirements, development teams, and testing.
As Business Process Analyst, you will be a key member of the Business Transformation team responsible for:
- Analysing and documenting existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Preparing and delivering reports to key stakeholders, outlining findings and recommended changes. You will act as the primary liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and properly scoped.
- Developing, documenting, and implementing new processes that meet business needs, including constructively challenging assumptions where necessary.
- Collaborating with the testing team to create comprehensive end‑to‑end test scripts and overseeing the implementation of approved improvements.
- Working with training and L&D teams to ensure system and process changes are fully supported and meet user needs.
Associate Solicitor - Commercial Disputes - Leeds
We are looking for an Associate Solicitor to join us and work as part of the Litigation team in our Leeds office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of interesting Commercial Disputes cases, as part of a friendly and supportive team. The role has great potential for development and progression for an individual looking to solidify their technical ability and gain further grounding in Commercial Disputes.
The successful candidates will be working both autonomously and as part of a team and will gain experience in a range of Commercial Dispute disciplines, supporting more senior solicitors in complex cases.
Senior Associate - Data Protection and Cyber Security
The UK’s data protection landscape is continuing to change, and businesses must be kept updated to ensure they remain compliant with what the law requires. As a result, we are now seeing significantly increased demand for our services and to help address this, we are looking to expand our Cyber, Data and Information Law (CDIL) Team with an ambitious and highly motivated mid- to senior-level solicitor.
Experienced and successful in this dynamic area of law and with a proven track record, you will be keen to develop your skills further in a testing but stimulating position that will give you the opportunity to achieve results and develop your career in all aspects of information law and practice.
About the role
Reporting to the CDIL Team Leader, you will work with forensic experts, Counsel and other specialists as a key member of rradar’s Crisis Management Team, providing rapid data breach and cyber-attack support to our clients.
- Advising on UK General Data Protection Regulation, Data Protection Act 2018, Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulation.
- Incident response including regulatory notification and communication and any resulting regulator investigation.
- Managing data subject access and Freedom of Information requests.
- Advising on and undertaking Data Protection Impact Assessments, privacy notices and other data-related documents and policies.
- Advising on and drafting data sharing agreements and data processor agreements.
- Data-flow mapping and developing Records of Processing Activities.
- Undertaking compliance reviews and audits.
- Working on litigated matters, to include advising and supporting litigation specialists regarding claims related to breaches of data laws.
- Providing external data protection training.
You will work with forensic experts, Counsel and other specialists as a key member of rradar’s Crisis Management Team, providing rapid data breach and cyber-attack support to our clients.
The role will also include elements of business development as we expand our client base further.
In return, we offer high-quality work that will allow you to develop your expertise in data protection, including working on both litigious and regulatory matters, and collaborating with your rradar colleagues across multiple legal disciplines. There will be opportunity to work closely with our litigation specialists and handle your own litigation cases should you be interested in court work.
This is a full-time, permanent position, located at either, our Leeds, Hull, Birmingham, or Leicester offices, with travel expected between our office locations and to meet clients or undertake work on clients’ premises. A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is therefore essential.

Paralegal - Employment - Leeds
We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to support and work alongside the Employment team at our Leeds office.
The candidate will have a supporting role assisting the delivery of accurate and timely legal services. This will include providing a caring, quality service to the company’s clients, assisting fee-earners in providing advice and representation to our clients whilst promoting the services of our Employment team, both internally and externally.

We are looking for a Senior Associate solicitor to join us, working as part of the Insured Litigation – Commercial Disputes team in our Hull office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial litigator to join a close-knit team, where you will gain exposure to a broad range of good quality and interesting Commercial Dispute cases. This role has potential for development and progression for an individual with strong technical ability, a solid grounding in Commercial Disputes and a willingness to assume responsibility. Contributing to the growth and development of the department, supervising and mentoring other team members.
The successful candidate will take a proactive role, working both autonomously and as part of a team, with conduct of cases for clients in a broad range of business sectors and involving a variety of Commercial Dispute disciplines.
