If you are a policyholder, you will first have to activate your rradar account using the welcome email we sent you. If you cannot find your welcome email, click on ‘Complete Your Account’ on the login page. If you still need help, call 0800 955 6111 and a member of our team will be happy to help you.

To download our handy apps simply go to the App Store or Google Play and search for rradar.

Yes, all our digital products can be used throughout the UK.

As all our products and services are available stand-alone or as part of a package, you will find different pricing based on what you need. You can explore a range of our pre-designed packages of products and services on our website along with their pricing opinions.

If you cannot find the combination you need, simply call 03300 414 996 for a bespoke solution. Our knowledgeable team will be able to assess your business needs, consider your budget and help tailor a rradar package that is perfect for you. We offer a variety of payment models to suit your business size and budget.

If you would like to expand your rradar package, simply browse our range of products on our website and get in touch. Our team will be able to add what you need to your rradar account, so you can quickly access them through your dashboard.

They will be able to assess your case and offer the right advice. Or, if you need legal assistance, seamlessly transfer you to the right person to help in our talented legal team.

To speak to our team of expert advisors Legal Advice Service access will need to be included in your current rradar package.

If you have access to our Legal Advice Service through an insurance policy, simply call the Legal Advice Service team on 0800 955 6111 and quote your policy details.

We currently cover England, Wales, Scotland and the Channel Islands.

This is usually if you need to work with the police, HSE and other investigating and regulatory authorities, particularly if a fatality or serious incident on the road or in the workplace happens.

If a crisis arises, you can call and speak directly to our business crime and regulation solicitors who will advise on how to deal with the situation. Our Crisis Line is available 24/7, 365 days of the year, between 6pm – 8am weekdays, over weekends and during public holidays.
