Rob Jennings is rradar’s Technology Director, responsible for shaping and delivering the company’s technology strategy, leading digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring IT capabilities align with rradar’s growth objectives.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge across software and service delivery, cloud architecture, and stakeholder management. He has led high-performing teams and successfully delivered complex technology projects that support business resilience and scalability.
Before joining rradar, Rob held senior leadership roles in the Health Tech sector, including IT Director at Clinical Partners Ltd and Head of Delivery at Pharmacy2U Ltd, which involved spearheading significant transformation programmes and deploying scalable, secure digital solutions. Before that, Rob worked in Legal Tech and FinTech, where he delivered tailored IT infrastructure and software platforms for highly regulated industries.
Rob’s strategic mindset, combined with deep technical expertise, underpins his ability to drive innovation and enable business transformation through technology.
