The Employment Rights Bill outlines that employers must first consult trade union representatives on behalf of any affected workers. Where there are no trade union representatives, they should consult with the affected workers themselves.

  • how the tips will be shared
  • if cash tips are treated differently from card payment tips
  • if a tronc is used and if so, who the tronc master is
  • whether any deductions are taken from tips
